Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges once an order has been placed.

Before completing your purchase, customers are required to carefully review and confirm all order details, including size, design, quantity, and shipping address. Therefore, we are unable to process exchanges for:

  • Incorrect item selection
  • Wrong size or design
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Any customer input errors

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • After 6 hours, orders may already be processed or sent to production/shipping
  • A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order value

Return & Refund Policy

Return Timeframe

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery.

  • After 30 days, orders are considered accepted and no refunds will be issued

Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We accept returns and offer full refunds in the following situations:

  • Item arrives damaged or broken
  • Incorrect product received
  • Wrong size sent (different from your order)
  • Product design or material differs from description
  • Item does not match the original order

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Unmodified
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

We do not accept returns if:

  • Items show signs of wear or washing
  • Items are altered or damaged (not due to our error)
  • Tags are removed
  • Minor issues such as loose threads (can be fixed easily)

Required Proof for Refund

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Order confirmation / proof of purchase
  • Shipping receipt or label
  • Photos of the received product
  • Relevant email communication (if applicable)

  4. Once approved, ship the item using a trackable carrier

Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by us

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your return

Funds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
