Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

If your order has not yet been shipped, it means your items are currently being prepared. In case of any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows (please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons):

Important Notes:

  • We currently do not ship to U.S. military bases

Taxes

We do not charge taxes on orders.

Shipping Delays & Issues

  • If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we will issue a full refund
  • If your order is delayed, please contact us — we will respond within 12 hours

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check around your home or mailbox
  2. Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking details provided

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Missing recipient details

Customs, Duties & Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any additional fees required by the destination country

We are not liable in the following cases:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • Delivery attempts fail multiple times

In such situations, the order may be canceled without refund.
